P-22 Glass Magnet

A glass magnet designed and inspired by LA’s most famous feline.

A mountain lion, named P-22, lives in the heart of Los Angeles. After crossing two major freeways, he traveled from the western Santa Monica Mountains to Griffith Park, where he was discovered by Miguel Ordeñana, one of NHM’s scientists, through a project called the Griffith Park Connectivity Study. The now famous feline now shares eight square miles of parkland with hikers, golfers, tourists, concert goers, equestrians, soccer players, picnickers, and more.
